In this process our technician used to analyze the quality of raw leather as per comply with IS standards. After test of all leather, we proceed the material to cutting section On cutting machine our technician used to cutting all leather as per order with cutting.

After cutting all leather as per order, the said material forwarded to stitching process. In this process we used to stitch all leather as per specify order with branded and approved thread.

After stitching we put all material in specify size last and forward to lasting process. In this process we used to put leather board with nails for regular shoes and leather board without nails for shockproof shoes.

After buffing of shoes we used to forward PVC sole order to Direct injection process. It's a multi mechanical activity with Desma machine. After inject of sole this shoes direct gone to finishin department.

In this process we used to buffing all shoes heel side, at this time we buff all extra material like leather board, nails as well as leather.

In case of PU and Nitrile sole order we used to stuck on the sole with branded adhesives and solutions.

After all this process, this all material comes to finishing process. In this process we used to analyses our shoes as per order. We used to polish all the shoes with inserting laminated Eva socks.

Finally our products ready to dispatch as per specified order. Our packing department packed all the material with well packing material and our dispatch department send this all material to our valued customer door step with the help of our transporter.
